Firemedix’s Fire Academy is the Canadian born alternative in the self education Fire training industry

Firemedix is proud to announce starting Fall 2020, we will be starting the online portion of our NFPA 1001 Firefighter 1/2 and Hazmat 1072 Awareness and Ops. This will be done in a 21 day straight boot camp based out of the Surrey Fire Department Central Training Facility. Using local instructors, access to our First Responder and EMR courses and access to our Wednesday night practice nights we are the only full service training center in Canada that provides a one stop shop to becoming a career firefighter that is privately own. This academy represents the change in how Firefighter education will be done in the future and reflects why our motto is: Training By Firefighters for Firefighters

Content:

Program Layout: Self paced online learning using Jones and Barlett 4th edition with built in lectures, test prep, and skill drills. Students won’t be left alone learning from a book, Firemedix has created an Instructor support network to assist you through the program and creates a Whatsapp group for every class to allow students to communicate prior to class.
